Rico Adolf is an Advocate of the High Court and subordinates court thereto except for the Primary court.
Adolf specializes in Court Litigation, Alternative Dispute Resolution, Local and International Arbitration. He has over 4 years’ experience on handling high profile cases and representing clients in specialized Commercial Litigation and Arbitration.
Adolf has represented clients in different Quasi-judicial authorities such as; The National Construction Council (NCC), Tanzania Institute of Arbitrators (TiArb) and the Public Procurement Appeals Authority (PPAA)
Adolf has over the years developed comprehensive Knowledge on Transactional works, Contract Negotiation, Commercial Law, Labour Law, Real Estate, Banking Law, Asset recovery and disposition.
