Paul is a senior Associate at Aymak attorneys with a particular expertise in Labour and
Employment law, Litigation, Recoveries, Tax, Corporate, Commercial, Conveyance & Real
Estate, Probate and administration of Estate, Family, Tort and Contract Law.
Paul has versatile skills set with experience and he brings along profound and outstanding writing, interpersonal, negotiation and mediation skills.
He regularly presents both Individual and Corporate clients in matters of litigation as well as representation of clients in Quasi-Judicial bodies, and Arbitration panels, also he provides clients with advisory services on regulatory compliance specifically in Corporate, Human Resource, Conveyance and Execution.
Paul graduated from the University of Dar es Salaam in the year 2015 with Bachelor of Laws (LL.b Hons) and following graduation served as a Legal Officer with Kibuuka Law Chambers and Later Isidora and Company Advocates prior to joining the Law School of Tanzania in 2017 where he acquired Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practices.
Following his Admission as an Advocate, Paul joined Aymak Attorney’s litigation team as well as Corporate Department where he acquired diverse litigation experience in both High Court and Subordinate Courts where he handles a number of clients disputes.
Paul is an active member of Tanganyika Law Society (TLS) and East Africa Law Society.
